Central Taunton

Reflexology treatments take place at The Sangha House in the heart of Taunton.

Reflexology is a hands-on treatment in which pressure is applied to different areas of the feet. You remain clothed apart from your shoes and socks while your practitioner works with your feet in a calm, comfortable setting.

Many people choose reflexology because they enjoy the opportunity to stop, rest and focus on their wellbeing for a while. You don’t need to understand the theory behind reflexology to enjoy the experience.

Reflexology is a complementary wellbeing treatment. It isn’t a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

What happens during a reflexology appointment?

  • We begin with a conversation. There’s time to talk about the appointment and ask any questions.
  • You get comfortable
You remain clothed and remove your shoes and socks for the treatment.
  • The treatment begins
Your practitioner works with the feet using varying pressure and touch.
  • Take your time afterwards
There’s no need to rush away the moment the treatment finishes.

Reflexology shouldn’t be something you simply put up with. Some areas of your feet may feel different or more sensitive than others, but you can always tell the practitioner if you would like the pressure changed.
